Proposals for the Porter Building located in Downtown Watsonville

The City of Watsonville is seeking proposals from qualified parties to purchase or lease the historic Porter Building, located in the heart of Watsonville’s downtown commercial core area.

The property located at 280 Main Street is adjacent to both the historic Fox Theater, as well as the City’s Civic Plaza, housing the City’s administrative operations, the library and the Court’s Superior Court system.

ROAD CLOSURE - Intersection of Freedom Blvd. & Green Valley Rd.

Starting this Sunday, 11/17/19 through Thursday, 11/21/19 the water services crew will be closing the intersection of Freedom Blvd. and Green Valley Rd. from 7:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m.
